Korean BBQ Pork Belly Bites: Crispy pork belly glazed with Korean BBQ sauce, served with pickled cucumber, fresh chilli, toasted sesame and crispy shallots. Mediterranean Fish Fillet: Pan-seared market fish served with pearl couscous, tomato and olive salsa, whipped toum and crispy basil.
