Spring Specials Highlights (Monday – Friday) Starting from just $17 for Members ($19 Visitors): Weekday Lunch Specials Crispy Prawn Tacos: Crispy fried prawns on soft tortillas with cabbage and coriander slaw, Spanish onion, crumbled fetta and lime aioli. Korean BBQ Pork Belly Bites: Crispy pork belly glazed with Korean BBQ sauce, served with pickled cucumber, fresh chilli, toasted sesame and crispy shallots. Mediterranean Fish Fillet: Pan-seared market fish served with pearl couscous, tomato and olive salsa, whipped toum and crispy basil. Creamy Chicken and Camembert Filo: Chicken tenderloin enfolded in a creamy Camembert sauce, with chopped onion and shallots wrapped in filo pastry, served with dressed house salad.
