The Distillery is a refined bar experience serving top-shelf rums, whiskeys, bourbons, vodkas, and gins. Enjoy our comfy lounge chairs by our stunning fireplace; The Distillery is the perfect place to relax before or after a meal. Filled with warm, inviting light, the ambiance is enhanced on occasion by the elegant sounds of our grand piano being played, adding a touch of sophistication to your experience.

Be sure to hand your membership card to bar staff when making any purchase! Members receive discounts and accrue points on all drinks.

Pittwater Rewards Points can also be used to purchase drinks at any of our bars.
