Welcome to Events by Pittwater, where every occasion is expertly crafted. From bespoke corporate events on the Northern Beaches to intimate social gatherings and beautiful wedding venues within Pittwater, our diverse portfolio of spaces is designed to bring your vision to life.
With a range of unique venues, including The Terrace, The Distillery, The Deck, Chef’s Table, Potter’s Garden Room, Mainsail… and now introducing ROMAS. Launching in September 2025, Romas will set a stunning new standard for function venues in Mona Vale.
Events at Pittwater offers flexible solutions for every style and size of event, including our Auditorium for larger scale occasions.
We are also excited to announce our Pickleball Courts, due for completion later this year, offering dynamic options for corporate team building and Christmas parties. ROMAS
Our brand new modern function space, designed from the ground up for events from corporate functions to casual social gatherings. Its versatile capacity and modern technology offerings sets it apart from other venues!
Romas also has direct access to the outdoor terrace, providing a unique ambience and flexibility for larger events.
The Distillery
A stylish semi-private lounge space featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the room with natural light. Ideal for casual get-togethers, celebrations of life, or cocktail-style functions.
Rock Lilly
Full Room
A versatile space ideal for large-scale events such as gala dinners, conferences, award nights, and live entertainment. Its expansive layout allows for custom configurations, making it perfect for both corporate and social occasions. This space includes access to the dancefloor, stage, projector and private bar.
Half Room
A more intimate version of the full auditorium, this space is ideal for medium-sized functions such as seminars, workshops, private celebrations, or formal dinners. It offers flexibility while retaining the professional atmosphere of a larger venue. The half auditorium can be booked at either end of the room, whether it be with the stage and dancefloor, or the private bar.
Glasshouse Grill

A light-filled semi-private space within the general dining of our Glasshouse restaurant. This inviting setting is well suited for intimate lunches, high teas, or private celebrations.
The Terrace
An elevated, alfresco-style venue with charm and ambience. A perfect setting for sunset drinks, private dinners, or relaxed celebrations under the open sky. Can be added on to the Romas function room for an extended private space.
Chef's Table
An exclusive private room curated for intimate, high-end experiences. Perfect for corporate meetings, or a private dining room for special occasions.
Mainsail
A functional and versatile event room, well-suited for workshops, business presentations, training days, or formal meetings. It supports multiple layout options and offers a quiet, professional environment.
The Deck
Partial Hire
A semi private casual and welcoming outdoor space, ideal for laid-back events, milestone birthdays, or social club gatherings. The flexible layout offers a relaxed yet stylish backdrop for entertaining.
Private Hire
A fully exclusive outdoor venue offering a premium, open-air experience for large cocktail-style events. It’s perfect for product launches, private parties, and large-scale social functions with a wow-factor.
Potter's Garden Room
A semi-private space within Potter’s Café, with lush surroundings and a laid-back atmosphere. Perfect for brunches, baby showers, or birthday celebrations, this space combines comfort with a casual garden feel.
Pickleball Courts
Our Pickleball Precinct is due for completion in November.
This state of the art venue will provide a much needed sporting asset the Northern Beaches. The courts will be available for social and competition as well as a perfect venue for team building and corporate catch ups.
