ROMAS – Where beautiful events come to life.
ROMAS has been thoughtfully redesigned to offer a premium, modern space that feels both warm and luxurious. With contemporary styling, soft natural palettes and a layout that adapts seamlessly to your needs, it sets the perfect mood for weddings, engagement parties, corporate functions and special celebrations.
Every detail has been considered to help you create a memorable, elegant event in Pittwater’s most impressive new venue.
The Distillery
A stylish semi-private lounge space featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the room with natural light. Ideal for casual get-togethers, celebrations of life, or cocktail-style functions.
Rock Lilly
Full Room
A versatile space ideal for large-scale events such as gala dinners, conferences, award nights, and live entertainment. Its expansive layout allows for custom configurations, making it perfect for both corporate and social occasions. This space includes access to the dancefloor, stage, projector and private bar.
Half Room
A more intimate version of the full auditorium, this space is ideal for medium-sized functions such as seminars, workshops, private celebrations, or formal dinners. It offers flexibility while retaining the professional atmosphere of a larger venue. The half auditorium can be booked at either end of the room, whether it be with the stage and dancefloor, or the private bar.
Glasshouse Grill
Per Section
A light-filled semi-private space within the general dining of our Glasshouse restaurant. This inviting setting is well suited for intimate lunches, high teas, or private celebrations.
The Terrace
An elevated, alfresco-style venue with charm and ambience. A perfect setting for sunset drinks, private dinners, or relaxed celebrations under the open sky. Can be added on to the Romas function room for an extended private space.
Chef's Table
An exclusive private room curated for intimate, high-end experiences. Perfect for corporate meetings, or a private dining room for special occasions.
Mainsail
A functional and versatile event room, well-suited for workshops, business presentations, training days, or formal meetings. It supports multiple layout options and offers a quiet, professional environment.
Potter's Garden Room
A semi-private space within Potter’s Café, with lush surroundings and a laid-back atmosphere. Perfect for brunches, baby showers, or birthday celebrations, this space combines comfort with a casual garden feel.
Sip & Pickle
Make your next event unforgettable at Sip & Pickle by Pittwater. Perfect for end-of-year functions, corporate team building, or casual family get-togethers.
The outdoor casual space is available for partial hire for semi-private laidback events, milestone birthdays, or social club gatherings, or for private exclusive hire offering a premium, open-air experience for large cocktail-style events. It’s perfect for product launches, private parties, and large-scale social functions with a wow-factor. Add pickleball court hire to serve up something different for your next event.

What sets Pittwater's offering apart is the seamless integration of sport and hospitality. Unlike standalone facilities, Pickleball by Pittwater connects directly to rest of the Sip & Pickle outdoor precinct and the full breadth of Pittwater’s amenities.
Miami Vibes Meet Northern Beaches Cool
Inspired by Miami's "Sip & Pickle" culture, the courts showcase vibrant, colourful designs with striking street artwork by local artist Harley Stevenson along the surrounding walls and walkway, creating a youthful, contemporary aesthetic for the court space.

Court hire
- $27 for non-members
- $22 for members of Pittwater RSL and/or Northern Beaches Pickleball Association
- Paddle hire is $6 per paddle

Cancellations are welcome up to 3 hours before your session. Bookings cancelled within 3 hours will be forfeited.
