Or dive into something from the sea with our Seafood Mornay Pizza , loaded with squid, prawns and mussels, balanced with lemon zest, dill and chives on a crème fraîche base. The Baked Whole Baby Snapper delivers bold Mediterranean-inspired flavours, served with confit tomatoes, olives, capers and fresh basil. Our Chargrilled Octopus is perfectly paired with roasted aubergine risotto and a zesty lemon-herb crème fraîche, finished with sumac and parsley oil.
