From indulgent mains to fresh seafood favourites, our chefs at the Glasshouse Grill have created a limited-time selection perfect for a long lunch or relaxed dinner with family and friends. Try the Pork Scallopini – crumbed pork loin paired with sweet potato mash, braised cabbage, garlic beans and a rich mushroom sauce. Or dive into something from the sea with our Seafood Mornay Pizza , loaded with squid, prawns and mussels, balanced with lemon zest, dill and chives on a crème fraîche base. The Baked Whole Baby Snapper delivers bold Mediterranean-inspired flavours, served with confit tomatoes, olives, capers and fresh basil. Our Chargrilled Octopus is perfectly paired with roasted aubergine risotto and a zesty lemon-herb crème fraîche, finished with sumac and parsley oil.
