With the unprecedented situation as a result of the Covid-19 temporary closure, we wanted to address our most frequently asked questions from our members and guests during this time.
When will Pittwater reopen?
The Club will reopen once the Federal Government announces that licensed venues are permitted to do so, and we are in a position to reopen our doors.
We are working hard to ensure that when we are permitted to reopen, that our venue and staff are prepared to do so with all the necessary safety measures in place to comply with health authority requirements once they are made clear.
Is the Club offering any takeaway or other services during its temporary closure?

We also are offering a Bottle Shop Service for members operating out of our Foley street access. This service is available Thursday to Sunday 4-9pm. A selection of 6 packs and cartons of beer and RTDs, cider is available along with a selection of wines. You can call to pre order or visit to make your own selection. What happens to my Pittwater Rewards status during the Club’s temporary closure?
Member tier status is maintained during the closure, and the scheduled review in October 2020 will be postponed until April 2021.
What happens to my Pittwater Rewards points and vouchers?
Points will be retained for use when the Club re-opens. Any vouchers that were awarded in the lead up to the closure or issued through the app will be honored for up to 30 days once trade resumes.
It was my birthday during the month of the closure, do I miss out on my offers?
All offers will be made available to members who had birthdays during the closure via the kiosks when the Club resumes trading.
Is the Club running any promotions during its closure?

There’s a Members Cash Draw on Wednesday and Fridays with $1500 up for grabs at each draw.
It’s simple to enter.

3. Register using your Pittwater membership details on the app
We will draw from our entire membership database each session. If the member drawn has downloaded the app and registered on the app using their membership details, they win the cash. LTPM/20/43357.
You can also play ‘Spin the Wheel' daily on the app to earn entries into the Monday draw where up to 10 draws of $50 worth of points will be won. (The virtual barrel will reset at the end of each draw and entries will reset to zero). You can earn tickets every day. LTPM/20/0551.
I have tickets to an upcoming show at the Club. How do I get a refund?
Please send your name, the name of the show and your best contact details to email@example.com and we will get back to you to process your refund.
