Pittwater RSL Senior Day Club

Our seniors’ Day Club celebrated 33 years of fun and laughter this year. Every Thursday up to 60 members come along to enjoy activities, performances, a bite to eat and the pleasure that comes from a social outing. The Day Club puts on 4 concerts a year and also celebrates special events like Melbourne Cup, Christmas Lunch, etc. Our great team of volunteers have as much fun as the guests do!

New members are always warmly welcomed, so why not drop in one Thursday for a cuppa?

For more information, please call Coordinator Sally Bromley on 0498 008 933.

Pittwater RSL Darts Club

Our two teams did extremely well over 2011/2012. The A grade team was runner up in both the Warringah Shield and Pittwater Cup in 2011 and winners of the Warringah Shield in 2012. The B grade side won the Warringah Shield in 2011.

The Warringah Shield competition is run annually until the end of June. The Manly Warringah District Darts Association then has a championship competition held over two weeks on a Wednesday night, with drawn doubles and graded singles.

Then in July we start the Pittwater cup that goes through to the end of November. Our presentation night is held in February the following year. The association takes nominations around September each year.

New members warmly welcomed!

 Pittwater RSL Fishing Club

A must for enthusiastic anglers! The Pittwater Fishing Club has been running for many years now. As well as fishing locally, we have had three successful trips on charter to South West Rocks, up the North Coast.

Every year we have a Christmas get-together, known as “Prawns in the Park”. This is always a popular event, enjoyed by our members and their families and is a nice way to round off the year.

We would love to welcome new members. For enquiries please contact Don Pearce on 9997 6475.

 Pittwater RSL Golf Club

The Pittwater RSL Golf Club is a mixed, social golf Club. We play at Palm Beach Golf Club and each year have up to 4 ”away” trips, playing other courses such as Glenmore Heritage Golf Club.

Our golfing season commences in January and ends in December, with a trophy presentation and Christmas lunch at the RSL. During the year we play Matchplay, Foursomes and Championships, with minor presentations after each game.

If you would like to make new friends, whilst enjoying a game of golf and our social functions, please call Gina Pearce on 9997 6475.
