CLUB NEWS!

The recent spell of wet weather not only ushered in winter, but also brought all building projects at the Club to a halt. However now the sun is shining again, work has resumed on the Futsal Courts and the last stage of the new terrace. The indoor area of the terrace has just been completed. This new light & airy space contains a stage for live acts and a large dance floor, as well as some lounge seating. Once the outside terrace is complete, the removal of the builder's scaffolding will enable members to use the top floor of the new car park. The lower foyer of the Club will also be remodelled to become the main entry point for members.

If you're looking for entertainment during the winter months, there's nowhere better! Upcoming show stoppers for June are the Rolling Stones tribute show on Sat 12 th and the "So What" Pink show on Sat 19 th . Then look out for the "Mega Stars" show on July 10 th "Rock the Boat", a 60's Tribute show on July 24 th and Comedian Phil Cass on Sat 31 st July. In August we have the Woodstock tribute show on Sat 21 st and the iconic Aussie band "Mental as Anything" on Sat 28 th .

For anyone who is considering a job in the hospitality industry, give yourself a head start by booking into one of our RSA or RCG courses. RSA courses run on the first Tuesday of every month and RCG courses are held on the last Tuesday of the month. Contact Rebecca on 9997 3833 to book in.
